Changement de substrat pour les tests de germination des céréales

Depuis juillet 2014, les essais de germination sur céréales sont réalisés en rouleau de papier buvard.
Ce substrat remplace le sable, utilisé jusqu’à présent à la SNES. Les autres conditions de germination restent inchangées.
Ce substrat, dénommé aussi « Between paper », est l’un des supports préconisés par l’ISTA pour la germination de ces espèces.
Ce changement fait suite à de nombreux essais de validation en interne.

Le semis est maintenant réalisé à l’aide d’un automate, à découvrir en vidéo.
