PATHOSTAT
Presentation of PATHOSTAT
The PATHOSTAT application, developed as part of the PATHOSTAT-Veg project, is a decision support tool that allows statistics to be integrated with the analysis of the results of pest and pathogen resistance tests for the registration and protection of vegetable species. The aim of this application is to improve and harmonise the decision rules for the interpretation of biotest results, and to achieve a better match between the applicant’s declaration and the official DUS test results.
