GEVES prepares its R&D policy with its Scientific Committee

The new GEVES Scientific Committee, made up of scientists from public research bodies, technical institutes and examination offices, met the GEVES teams for the first time at Beaucouzé on 29 November.

The aim of this meeting was to discuss the challenges and key skills for GEVES’s R&D policy, in relation to the agro-ecological, climate and energy transitions that are impacting the world of agriculture.

The diversity of the R&D activities carried out on seeds and varieties at GEVES was presented.
