Organisé tous les cinq ans sur un continent différent, l’ICPP a réuni cette année 2500 personnes à Lyon, dont plusieurs pathologistes du GEVES.

Cela a été l’occasion d’aller à la rencontre de la communauté scientifique internationale pour s’informer sur les connaissances et dernières avancées technologiques pour notre cœur de métier.

Le GEVES y a présenté ses travaux récents, notamment sur la connaissance des bioagresseurs des semences, le développement de tests de résistance et de méthodes de détection d’agents pathogènes et d’insectes. A travers ces projets menés chez le pois-chiche, la betterave, le colza ou la laitue, le GEVES contribue à lutter contre diverses maladies.
